Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the provider of Nina ("we", "us") governing your use of the Nina app and services. By downloading or using Nina you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nina on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
The service
Nina uses automated AI systems to transcribe, translate, and read aloud speech, text, and documents. Machine translation may contain errors and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a qualified human interpreter in medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes situations. You use translations at your own risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nina to process unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or in any way that violates applicable law.
Subscriptions & billing
- Nina offers auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, weekly and monthly plans) that unlock unlimited use.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptionsafter purchase. - Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Disclaimer of warranties
Nina is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of translations, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on translations produced by the app.
Apple
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Maintenance and support of the app are our responsibility, not Apple's.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue features at any time; material changes are reflected by a new effective date. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
